"Voyage in G Flat Major" - TV and International Festivals

Georgi Lazarevski’s film "Voyage in G Flat Major (Voyage en sol majeur)", Prix des Jeunes and Prix Marcorelles, French selection Cinéma du Réel 2006, was programmed by Addoc as part of the Festival Quartier Documentaire - Orléans, France, June 8th to 30th 2007, and to the first Rencontres du film documentaire de Mellionnec, Britany, France, June 29th to July 1st 2007.
It was broadcasted on ARTE on Thursday February 15th 2007.
It received the First Professional Film Award at Traces de vies festival in Vic-le-Comte November 2006 and the Silver Wolf Award at IDFA International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam, Holland, November-December 2006.

The journey captured in this film reveals that you don’t have to go far away to discover beauty and love and relationships. The film follows a grandfather and grandson (the director) on car trip but the film reveals a much bigger story of a life’s journey and complex relationships. It was screened at the last Cannes Film Festival in the ACID selection and at Les Ecrans du Réel, Le Mans Documentary Film Festival, France, November 10th to 26th 2006.
It was selected to Vancouver International Film Festival (Canada), September 28th to October 13th 2006, to the 28th Festival Cinéma Méditerranéen de Montpellier, France, October 27th - November 5th 2006.
